Transforming an outdated and worn headquarters into a modern, vibrant workspace, this project exceeded expectations for both Project Renewal and the project team led by AtW. The 45,000 square foot renovation was undertaken during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, requiring careful management of public grant funds, tight timelines, and a closely monitored budget.

At Project Renewal’s mandate, the effort was truly transformational, replacing tired program and office space with a safe, welcoming, and modern environment for staff and clients alike. Bringing private offices and conference spaces away from the windows and into the core created equity across the workspace that was both seen and felt, supporting the organization’s values and culture.

Delivered in the summer of 2021, the project became a major point of pride for our team and a testament to the resilience of Project Renewal. Despite unprecedented challenges, the completed headquarters stands as both a symbol of our client’s determination and an example of AtW’s commitment to making meaningful projects happen against all odds.
