While leading a master planned transformation of JCC Mid Westchester’s 75,000 square foot building and 300,000 square foot site, we have also stepped in to do the unexpected work, coordinating emergency pool repairs that allowed summer camp to continue and managing roof repairs that kept year round programs for families running. The broader campus renewal requires navigating phased construction, public funding, and modest budgets while the facility remains fully active. Our role balances strategic planning with hands on problem solving, ensuring that JCC Mid Westchester can continue to serve its community today while preparing its campus to grow with the organization and meet evolving needs in the future.
