Northside Center for Child Development (NCCD) enlisted ATW’s expertise to make its real estate goals a reality. Leveraging a strong project team, ATW patiently and consistently steered both the development and design process of the project to align with NCCD’s mission. The result was a 30,000 SF mixed-use development that allowed NCCD to better service its target community: the 3,600 children a year who rely on their early childhood and mental health programs. Giving NCCD the space to expand their community reach is an example of ATW’s driving ethos: we support the vision of community-based organizations through our technical and operational expertise, thoughtful placemaking, and fierce advocacy for our client’s needs.
