CPC Headquarters

CPC One was a once-in-a-generation project that provided the Chinese American Planning Council with a permanent headquarters and an intergenerational community center, while also delivering affordable and market-rate housing through the redevelopment of long-held property. As part of the Broome Street Master Plan with Gotham Organization, AtW safeguarded CPC’s interests and ensured its mission was embedded at every stage of this complex real estate and development process.

Our team managed quality control across the base building, oversaw the design and construction of CPC’s spaces, and guided permitting and regulatory approvals. By balancing cultural, organizational, and operational goals with the realities of budget and schedule, we delivered a lasting home that reflects CPC’s legacy and strengthens its ability to serve communities for generations to come.
