Hudson Valley Shakespeare Festival (HVSF)

A world class project team and a beloved community organization with a transformative scope gave us so much to work with and we were honored to have been chosen as the project management team. HVSF is a beloved community asset and this project will be transformative for the growth of their organization as well as the local community and region. After establishing the project team, we guided HVSF through many complex municipal approvals, phasing, and funding strategies.  Our strategic development of scope, scheduling, and budget also included board engagement, as well as temporary and permanent performance locations. We managed the master planning, municipal approvals, environmental review, design, and construction of their new home at The Garrison in Cold Spring, NY.  The site is a 98-acre former golf course that will be converted into an ecologically sensitive cultural hub for the region, complete with landscape design, a new theater and back of house structure, welcome center, and restrooms/concessions facilities.
