Our work with New York City Center began by partnering with leadership to assess and organize capital needs into an actionable plan. At the same time, we stepped in as day-to-day project managers on several key efforts, providing both strategic guidance and hands-on oversight.

For more than 80 years, City Center has been a cornerstone of cultural life in New York. We are managing phased renovations across this historic institution to modernize audience, backstage, and administrative spaces while performances continue. With public funding, complex logistics, and strict schedule coordination, each upgrade is enhancing the City Center experience without disruption.
