About the Work guided a large design and engineering team through the completion of a 45,000 SF office space, managing public grant funds, navigating tight timelines, and carefully watching the budget…during a global pandemic. Our dogged commitment to our client’s needs paid off and in the summer of 2021, Project Renewal was able to welcome their staff and clients to a beautiful, safe space. The completion of this project is a major point of pride for the AtW team because it stands as a monument to the strength of our client’s will and our determination to make it happen, against all odds. It felt really good to deliver on a project, even as the world ground to a halt.
